High Growth Awards 2009 EMDA @ Leicester City Football Club
This awards presentation involved us planning up to 3 months prior to the event with the event organiser, Meeting dead lines with the design of a custom built stage set, editing power point presentations, arranging walk up music for the winners, off location filming of the relevant company's and editing for the final VT clips for the event. On the night there were technicians operating the slides and video clips, also looking after the audio and guest VIP speakers Angela Rippon and Sir Ranulph Fiennes OBE. The brief was to make this whole event "Slicker than slick" and we think this was achieved. |

East Midlands Xmas party 2008 @ Castle Donnington RaceTrack
This event required a warehouse at
Castle Donnington Race track being draped in white
effect star cloth with separate reception area and blue
led up lighters to create a winter wonderland Christmas
theme. |

Ifestival East Midlands Inovation 2008
This event was another for Holand and Alexander Events UK, Which was to showcase new ideas for business in the East Midlands. We used the brand new Intellistage system and fibre optic material for the back drop which changes colour throughout the night. A large rear projection screen and two 42" plasmas were used along side a 50" off stage. Various sound and lighting effects were supplied along with a technician to manage the event. |

Prince's Trust February 08
This was an event for the Prince's trust where HRH the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall attended and spoke at a lectern with mic and one for back up. A stage area was supplied and lighting with two red gobos projected with the Princes Trust logo. As this was a VIP event it demanded alot of pre planning and making sure the equipment and sound was of the highest standard. Also we supplied 16 exhibition sets with display lights so the members of the Trust could display there business and work, some needing plasmas, laptops and IT help.

South Leicestershire College Oscars 2007
This was the colleges first award night and after this one being such a success there will defiantly be more, the set consisted of an 8x6 rear projection system with surround star cloth and various led par cans and intelligent lighting and a 4 speaker pa system which also meant that we had to mic up a jazz quintet, and all was ran off stage by our technicians. This job resulted in us receiving a letter of recommendation from the organiser. |

Charity fashion show Leicester Racecourse 2007
This was a fashion show with a 15 metre catwalk with privacy panels at the back for the models to change, Also used were various lighting and effects and sound system and technician. They also wanted a 60 " Holovis rearscreen and projector mounted to the left of the stage connected to a laptop displaying sponsers throughout the evening. |

Leicester City Young learners awards 2007
This was a rear projection set up with side panels made to fit with the low ceiling level, with stage wash parr cans in corporate colours and gobos which displayed the company logo projected on to the side panels. Also used were a Pa system and mics and a technician throughout the event. |

Apex 25 years Celebration awards day 2007
This was a taylor made set up to help capture the 25 years celabratry awards day, Where we used a 8 x 6 rear screen inset into a truss style frame which was made to cater for the low ceiling levels , also used was a Hitachi cpx1250 high spec projector for rear projection which was connected to the truss style lectern with laptop shelf and mic. There was a Pa system used with a CD deck and technician throughout the day to help things run smooth.

Leicester Mercury's Christmas staff party 2006
We had to supply a 10 x 8 ft rear projection screen on trussing with 4500 lumen video projector to play music DVDs throughout the party linked in to a sound system and 2 DMX moving head lights. The party was set in a marquee with starcloth provided for the backing and ceiling. This was an underground car park for distribution the day before, then had to be restored the next day.

The 'Here and Now Awards 2006' at Leicester City Football Club
We were asked to provide a glitzy stage set for the main awards and lighting
for a drama showcase.A camera crew filmed the whole event and later we produced a DVD. We also supplied 220 electronic infra-red key pads and a technician to interactively display live key pad answers with the audience.

Wall Mart Global Logistics National Conference at the Holiday Inn Birmingham
We were asked to provide a colourful backdrop and stage with various lighting effects and pirotechnics for the end of the event.We also provided two 42" Samsung plasmas for powerpoint display. One of our technicians provided on-site support for the laptops and sound system throughout the week long event. |
