I would like  to personally thank you for all your help and support with the 2009 UHL Quality and service awards. You and your team did a fantastic job with the stage setting, filming, spot lights and particularly the web coverage. Many people have commented on how much they enjoyed being able to watch the event online, even though they were unable to attend in person.

The stage was particularly impressive this year – the best so far !

I hope you enjoyed the evening despite all the hard work involved for you. It appeared everyone had a fabulous time .particularly the winners and runners up.

Dear Jonathan and Team

Thank you very much for attending our Rainbows Walk Of Life on Sunday 14th June and providing a battery Operated PA system for the event. Your support and assistance at short notice really was appreciated , and helped to make our day a fantastic success.

The event was attended by almost 800 walkers, who have pledged over £40,000 in sponsorship-all of this will go to directly benefit children and young people with life limiting conditions and so your support gas been invaluable in helping us on the day.

I hope that we can continue working with Blaby Audio Visual in the future for Rainbows’ fundraising events.

Ryan was helpful, courteous and I understand actually went out of his way to assist Cragrats, who we had contracted to facilitate the majority of the conference.

On Behalf of all us on the LeicestHERday Trust, the Conference Committee and the 1,000 women, girls and men who attended this year’s International Women’s Day event in Leicester, our thanks to all of you at Blaby AV for the splendid work on our Audio Visual and presentation at the Conference. The extra courtesies you extended to us are most appreciated. We were delighted with the set.

LeicestHERday conference 2005 was a huge success, with record attendance from many different sectors and organisations across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. The day was mixed with discussions and resolutions around key challenges to women and girls in business and the community with exciting entertainment. We had more workshops and exhibitions this year dealing with practical information and advice as well as learning new skills and leisure activities.

This year, we pioneered an entire week of events from the 2 nd annual Women of Achievement Awards on Friday 4 th March in co-operation with the Chamber of Commerce through to the LeicestHERday Conference itself on Friday 10 th of March.

Your assistance enabled us to empower women and girls from a wide range of communities. Our Gallery of Women was a huge success during week and we hope to make an electronic version of its forward to use in many future activities.

NACVS Chairs and Trustees’ Conference 8 th February 2005 held at Holiday Inn, Leicester.

Now that the Conference is over, and the evaluation has been completed, I’ve got the opportunity to send thanks to you and your staff team. I did personally thank Sam and Ryan on the day, but wanted to follow this up in writing.

Sam, the technician on the day, was friendly, helpful, and very professional when setting up. As you know there were problems with the PA system we had hired form the hotel during the morning plenary session and this was reflected in the comments on our evaluation forms. This was a real shame and frustrating for all including Sam.

I understand that the PA system that the hotel supplied wasn’t powerful enough to take all the microphones we required. I understand from the hotel that this has now been addressed.

I can’t praise Sam and Ryan who came out in the afternoon, enough. Sam couldn’t rectify the problem in the morning but wasted no time in sorting it out for the afternoon session, by arranging for your own PA and speaker system to be delivered and set up which was excellent.

It was good to work with you and your staff team on this event so many thanks, once again, for all your hard work – it finally paid off.
